Andy Layhe (Australia)
Co-Founder of Bike Pure, Andy’s cycling career spans twenty five years, racing at international level and riding the World Cyclo-Cross Championships both as a Junior and Senior. He was also overall winner of the National Trophy Cyclo Cross Series in the UK and Division Road Race Champion. He has national medals in both the Irish and British championships and was also the Northern Ireland Cyclo-Cross champion in 2005. He now lives close to Sydney, Australia. Andy also sits on the panel of the Change Cycling Now panel.

Karl Nielsen (UK)
Karl is a life long cyclist, now concentrating on Masters Track success. During a few years away away from cycling he became the British ITF Taekwondo Champion (Masters) and now is training hard to become a British Champion in two sports. He is currently a member of the Competition Commission of Welsh Cycling and was Team Manager of the Welsh Youth Team in 2012. Karl will be the Team Manager of Bike Pure Junior Development Team (2014 launch).
