Our sport can be an expensive one, and it is crucial that financial requirements don’t prevent young talent from succeeding. We wish to utilize the global network of specialist bike shops and encourage them to support emerging local talent through the sale of our headset spacer.
Cycle shops can obtain our headset spacers Free of Charge* and offer them for sale in their store. Money raised will be used to support the store’s nominated local rider or team who would benefit from the assistance. These riders and teams would also become role models for Bike Pure, embrace our organisations ethical principles, committing to our core values of honesty and integrity.

The ‘Support a Future Champion scheme’ builds a relationship between cycle stores and emerging local riders, encouraging the cycling communities to support their local independent cycle stores to build grassroots support for ethical cycling.
The spacers are a visible ‘currency of support’, helping to nurture local talent through financial support. Participating cyclist(s) cannot self nominate and it is suggested that participation be agreed between the cycle store and a local cycling club or coach. The individual will be deserving and uphold Bike Pure’s philosophy of honor and sportsmanship. The generated money to be given in shop credit to the rider(s), to assist with the increasing costs of competitive cycling.
Massive thanks to Token Products who produce our striking headset spacers. We have supplied many stores around the world this season and we wish to thank Token for renewing its sponsorship for 2010 and onwards.
